It is not mandatory to have the Ardene app to register for the loyalty program. But you can get bonus points for downloading it, which brings you even closer to your next reward!
What happens if I don't have email? Can I still participate in the program?
Unfortunately, you cannot register for the program without a valid email address. Your email address allows you to log in to your online account and makes it easier for us to communicate important information about the program.

You will never need to renew your membership. Once you enroll in the program, you will automatically be placed at Level 1 for 12 months or until you move to the next level. Your status level will be automatically updated when your level reset date is

Your points balance will update shortly after your transaction or once an activity is completed. You can access your points balance and history in your dashboard.
Can I earn points for purchases I made before becoming a member, or if I forgot to tell the associate I was a member?
Unfortunately, we cannot award points retroactively. To earn points, you must inform the associate you are a member, be logged into your account, or be logged into the app.
Can I combine my points if I have multiple email addresses?
As stated in the terms and conditions, the loyalty program is available to individuals for their personal use only and is limited to one user per person and per email address. It is not permitted to combine points from multiple accounts.
What happens to my points if I return/exchange items?

Rewards are dollar discounts that you can use on future purchases. Every time you reach 100 accumulated points, you will automatically receive a $5 discount reward. Rewards will be issued in $5 increments, meaning you can receive rewards of $5, $10,
Is there a maximum amount of Rewards I can earn per day?
Yes, a maximum of $200 in Rewards will be awarded per day. If the Rewards you have accumulated exceed $200, the excess will be awarded to you in the coming days.

Is there a limit to the number of rewards I can claim?
You can combine and apply multiple rewards to the same purchase; however, they will be applied after discounts, shipping and taxes. To apply your discount, your total minus the discount must be greater than the value of the applied reward.
Can I combine my rewards with other offers?
Yes, provided that the subtotal of your purchases is greater than the total value of the reward.
