There are three tiers: Level 1, Level 2, and Level 3. Your tier is determined by your spending during your membership year. To qualify for Level 1, you must spend between $0 and $249.99; to advance to Level 2, you must spend between $250 and $499.99; and to advance to Level 3, you must spend over $500. Your program enrollment date marks the start date of your membership. The membership will be for a 12-month term. Your tier is based on the amount spent during your membership year. All new members start at Level 1. If you reach a higher tier during your membership year, the date you reach the new tier will become your new start date, and the expiration date will be 12 months later, meaning you will remain at that tier for a full year. To maintain your status, you must requalify by exceeding the spending threshold for your current level during your membership year. To advance to the next level, you must spend the difference between the threshold amount for the next level and the amount you have already spent. If you do not requalify for the same level or the next higher level, your level will be reset based on your spending.

Example: Melissa joined the program on January 1st and was at Level 1. As of July 1st, she had spent $250, qualifying her for Level 2. She will therefore remain at Level 2 until July 1st of the following year, when she spends an additional $250, qualifying her for Level 3. As of December 31st, she had spent $300, bringing her to Level 3. She will therefore remain at Level 3 until December 31st of the following year.
