Why do I have a refund on my credit card when my order wasn’t canceled?
Like many retailers, our transactions are made in 2 steps: 1st the pre-authorization, and 2nd, the payment is captured once your order ships. What you see on your credit card is simply the pre-authorization hold. After a few days the hold is released
Do I need to place another order if I see a refund on my credit card?
No. Your order is being processed, and you’ll receive an email confirmation once it ships. Please do not place a duplicate order.
How long do I have to return an item?
You have 30 days from the date of purchase to return or exchange an item. This date can be found in your order confirmation email or store receipt.
How much does it cost to return an item?
Returns in-store are free! If you return your online order by mail, there is a $5 restocking fee per returned order deducted from your reimbursement. If you're a Level 3 Ardene Rewards member, returns are free!
How long does it take to process my return?
From the day your return arrives in our warehouse, it is about 5-7 business days to process your refund. You will receive an email confirmation once it has been processed.
How can I track the status of my return?
Once you've submitted your return online, you'll receive email updates as it’s processed, so you can stay informed every step of the way.
I want to return a product but lost my shipping label
No worries! You no longer need a shipping label. Simply visit our Returns Portal to register your return and follow the instructions provided.
If I don’t have the original packaging, can I still return an item?
As long as you have the original hangtags for each garment, it's not necessary to return items in their original packaging.
Can I return more than one order?
Yes. You can send multiple orders back by mail in one package, but we ask to please separate each order in a different bag with each invoice included. There is a restocking fee of $5 per returned order deducted from your reimbursement.
What do I do if my product is defective?
If you consider an item you received to be defective, please contact our customer service department at [email protected] right away with details and pictures of the defect.
Do you refund the shipping charge?
Please be advised that shipping fees are non-refundable.
How do I return or exchange an item purchased using installments with Afterpay?
If you're not completely happy with a purchase, just return it for a full refund. You can return your Afterpay purchase in-store or by mail in accordance with our return policy. Please do not return your purchase to Afterpay.
What happens if I return my order before I finish making my Afterpay payments?
