Exchange and return policy

The following eligibility requirements must be met in order for an item to qualify for a refund or exchange.

  • The purchase was made within the last 30 days (this date can be found in your order confirmation email or store receipt)
  • The product is in the same condition as when you received it.
  • The product is unworn, unused, unwashed, and undamaged
  • The product is in its original packaging with price tags attached.

All merchandise that is 70% off or more, all merchandise ending with a price point of .99, gift cards, underwear, swimwear (if the hygienic liner has been removed), earrings, body jewelry, charity accessories, cosmetics, masks and face coverings, personal care and hygiene products, items under $5, and other final sale items. These items are not eligible for return or exchange.

If you return an item by mail that does not meet the eligibility requirements, Ardene will not refund or send it back to you.

In circumstances where you consider a product to be defective, please contact customer service with details of the product and the defect.


Refund policy

Returns will be for a value equal to the sale price of the merchandise returned or exchanged, including applicable taxes. For online returns, original shipping charges will not be refunded unless otherwise specified. Refunds are issued on the original method of payment.





How do I make an exchange?

In-store:
To exchange an item bought in-store or online, bring your item into an Ardene store with the receipt within 30 days of purchasing the item. Exchanges cannot be processed without original receipts and must meet all eligibility requirements. We do not process exchanges by phone or online.

Merchandise can only be exchanged at a regular Ardene store. Liquidation stores do not accept any returns or exchanges.

By mail:
Exchanges can only be done in-store, including items purchased online.

How do I make a return?

In-store:
Bring the merchandise in its original condition with a proof of purchase (physical copy of the receipt) back to a store near you. Your item must meet all eligibility requirements.

By mail:
Please note: In-store purchases cannot be returned by mail.

A restocking fee of $5 per returned order applies and will be deducted from your reimbursement. Level 3 members of the Ardene Rewards loyalty program do not pay the $5 restocking fee. Returned items must meet all eligibility criteria for a refund. If you return an item that does not meet the eligibility requirements, Ardene will not refund it or send it back to you.

  1. REGISTER A RETURN
    Click here to "Register a return." Log in to the Returns Portal using your order number and the email address you used for the purchase, and select the items you'd like to return.
  2. HOW TO RETURN
    Follow the step-by-step instructions in the portal. Be sure to either download the QR code or print the shipping label before heading to the drop-off location. You'll receive tracking emails as your return is processed, so you can stay updated.
