How do I know where my online order is?

How do I know you have received my order?

Once you place your order online, we will send you a confirmation with your order number to the email address you provided.

Why does my order status say “complete” but I never received my package?

The order status under “my orders” indicates that it has been packed and is ready for the carrier to pick up. Please refer to your shipping confirmation email and select the tracking number for accurate updates on your order status.

Can I change my address?
