What if I did not receive part of my order?Updated 4 months ago

In order to get your items to you as quickly as possible, your order may be sent in more than one shipment. If this is the case, you will receive a separate shipping confirmation. If an item was out of stock when your order was being processed, you would have received an email to advise you the item was canceled. There is no charge for canceled items. If you did not receive an item cancellation email, please contact customer service at [email protected].
