We offer free standard shipping for Ardene Rewards members and for non-members on any purchase of $60+ before applicable taxes and discounts.


Shipping fees and delivery times

Our standard warehouse processing time is between 3 to 5 business days once you place your order. The time it takes for your order to arrive will depend on where you are located and what type of shipping method you select. During busy times, there may be unexpected delays. You will receive an email shipping confirmation once your order has shipped. Orders can't be modified or canceled once placed. All estimated shipping times start from the date of the email shipping confirmation.



All orders being shipped to air stage office postal codes will be charged a flat rate of $40 and do not qualify for free shipping. All orders being shipped to the Yukon, the Northwest Territories, and Nunavut will be charged a flat rate of $25 and do not qualify for free shipping.

Please note that estimated delivery times do not apply to the following locations: the Yukon, the Northwest Territories, Nunavut, and air stage postal codes. The delivery times outlined above are estimates only and Ardene is not responsible for any damages or costs resulting from any delays in delivery.


Shipping conditions and restrictions

Ardene is happy to offer shipping to all Canadian provinces and territories. Shipping addresses must be valid Canadian addresses, including P.O. boxes.

Merchandise offered through ardene.com/ca is only available for delivery to addresses in Canada. Please visit our United States website if you wish to purchase merchandise from a United States address.

You are responsible for the shipping costs associated with your delivery of merchandise purchased through ardene.com or the app. Shipping fees are non-refundable.

All merchandise purchased is intended for use in the country from which it was ordered. If, however, you decide to take merchandise to another country, you will be responsible for adhering to both the export legislation of the order country and the import legislation of the destination country. Ardene shall not be liable.




Ship to store

You can now have your order shipped to your favorite store for pick-up.

How it works:

  1. During checkout select the "Pickup point" option during the shipping step.
  2. Enter your postal code or enable your location to get a list of stores nearest to you.
  3. Select your preferred store and proceed to payment.
  4. You will receive a confirmation email once your items are ready to be picked up! If your order was received in multiple shipments, you will receive separate confirmation emails when each one is ready for pick-up.

Pick-up

When you pick up your order, don't forget to bring a photo ID and your "Ready for pick-up" email.

If someone else is picking up your order, they will also need to bring a photo ID along with the order confirmation email. The address on their ID must match the order billing address. Only someone living at the same address as you can pick up your order.

Your order will be held in-store for 10 days. For any orders received in multiple shipments, the hold timeframe will start as of the last shipment receipt. An email reminder will be sent to you when 5 days are left. If you do not pick up all your items in time, your order will be returned and a refund will be processed.

Ardene liquidation stores do not offer this pick-up service.

Ship to Canada Post

You can now have your order shipped to a Canada Post location for pick-up.

How it works:

  1. During checkout select the "Pickup point" option during the shipping step.
  2. Enter your postal code or enable your location to get a list of locations nearest to you.
  3. Select your preferred location, and proceed to payment. The billing information entered during checkout should match that of the person picking up the order.
  4. You will receive a confirmation email once your items are ready to be picked up! If your order was received in multiple shipments, you will receive separate confirmation emails when each one is ready for pick-up.

Pick-up

When you pick up your order don't forget to bring a government-issued photo ID for which the name and address matches the one provided during checkout.

Your order will be held at the location for 15 days. An email reminder will be sent to you when 5 days are left to pick up. If you do not pick up all your items in time, your order will be returned and a refund will be processed.

Shipping fee

The shipping fee for this delivery option is the same as our standard shipping.




Want to track your order?

We've made it easy to track your order. Track it directly on our website with your order number and postal code. If you have ordered multiple items, you may receive each item individually, on different dates. 

Once your package is picked up by the courier, your tracking number sent by email will show an estimated delivery date. If your package is not delivered within 2 business days of that date, please contact us. Got questions or didn’t receive a tracking number by email? Contact Us.
